Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to providing fast and effective order processing. Upon receipt of payment, your items will be dispatched on the second working day. Our team will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm the delivery arrangement.

Our shipping time frame for deliveries is between 3 to 7 working days, ensuring prompt receipt of your purchase.

We offer free island-wide delivery for orders exceeding S$200. For orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of S$20 will be applied.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayNow for your convenience.

No, we hold a larger stock in-store. If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please feel free to contact us, or visit our showroom.

Our delivery team will reach out to you within 1-2 working days to address and rectify any such issues.

Returns & Refunds

We understand the importance of accommodating unforeseen circumstances, however, as we aim to dispatch orders promptly, cancellations or changes to orders are not permitted once confirmed. 

Nevertheless, if you would like to change your delivery address or postpone the delivery of your order, kindly provide us with 2 Full Working Day’s notice prior to the original delivery date.

We appreciate your understanding that all items are non-refundable, with no trial period offered. However, our limited warranty still applies. Should you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order, and we will be happy to assist with a return of the original order once received. Please note, we do not offer free delivery for exchanged orders at any amount.

If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Any defect due to delivery process in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to our online store on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, we will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.

Under the above-mentioned circumstances, products return/exchange to be made within 7 days. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items.  In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging intact.
